Study of Hybrid Humic Acids Modification of Environmentally Safe Biodegradable Films Based on Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose

The possibility of increasing the strength and operational properties ecologically safe biodegradable polymeric materials based on hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose by using its modification with different types humic acids (HAs) from lignite is considered. Hybrid high-strength films antibacterial were obtained for first time. Physicochemical studies IR spectroscopy confirmed development hybrid structures cellulose, modified HAs. Changes in water absorption, tensile strength, relative elongation at break, time mold appearance environmentally revealed depending content acids. It was also shown that HAs allows preserving biodegradability along imparting properties. developed HAs, terms their characteristics, are superior to known similar natural biopolymers.
